Using the service
Generating needs an account. Keep the email address behind that account secure, because a sign-in link sent to it is enough to enter. What happens under your account is your responsibility, so write to [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.
Credits and charges
Monthly plans renew until they are cancelled, and credit packs are a single purchase. The amount charged for a request is the amount the server records for the model and the usage involved. Catalog prices can change, and the price that applies to an order is the one in effect when the order is placed.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for the following.
- Content that is illegal where you are or where the service runs
- Material that infringes someone else's rights
- Bypassing billing, credit limits or access controls
- Automated bulk access that takes capacity away from other users
- Attacks on this site, on the service behind it or on another person
- Reselling access without permission from the operator
Enforcement
An account that breaks these rules can be suspended or closed. Where possible, the reason is given by email before access is withdrawn.
Your content
You keep the rights you hold in what you upload and in the prompts you write, and you confirm that you have the right to upload it. What a model returns is also governed by the terms of the provider behind that model. Check a result before you rely on it.
Availability and changes
Models, limits and features can be added, changed or withdrawn, and the service can be interrupted for maintenance. Nothing here promises uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, lost opportunity or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

Can I get a refund?
Write to [email protected] with the order ID and what went wrong. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, and a payment that did not deliver what it promised is looked at individually.
Can I use generated images commercially?
That depends on the terms of the model provider that produced the image, so check them before you publish. This site does not add a restriction of its own on top of them.
